Chef Patrick Shepler is a native to North Idaho; born and raised in Coeur d’ Alene. He has three beautiful daughters with his better-half, Tara. Patrick has always had a passion for cooking, specifically home-cooked comfort foods that bring back memories.
He loves working in the Northwest and specifically North Idaho due to the diversity of the seasons. While he’s worked in a variety of settings including upscale brunch, steakhouses, and high-end seafood restaurants. Patrick has always loved to cook with smoke and fire!
